Distance Sales Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement: The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's online store, including all related rights and obligations. The product details (type, quantity, selling price, and payment method) are as specified in the Buyer's order form.

2. Payment and Delivery: Payment shall be made by the Buyer using one of the methods available on the Seller's website. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer, and shipping costs (if applicable) are determined by the Seller.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation): The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing to accept the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided the product has not been used, opened, or damaged, and is returned in its original packaging.
