Refund and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for unused and unopened products within thirty (30) days of purchase. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fepina.com.
4. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
